to be fair

There are always ways to solve classroom problems. If students are lazy to clean the board, they can borrow clean ones from other classrooms. If they are full, they  can still move to rooms with clean ones, etc. Still there is another way. Everyone of the students cleans the same number of sentences or words in the board. That’ s fair.
