Emergency Room?

Guess whom I am talking about and where.

He is in a giant crib-like contraption. Just now he wore a hood and gloves. He barely speaks,  The hood and upper clothing but the gloves now removed, he keeps moving, with jerks and is sweating. He is in trouble.  All of a sudden a bell rings, and he is surrounded by people. One is fanning him, another giving him a massage, another treating his wounds, still another speaking encouragingly, while wiping his sweating body. Ah, now look! Something is being extracted out of his mouth. He is bottle fed. Now rising.

Definitely it’s a child in an emergency room
